TOLERAGE project is supporting a summer school on Inflammation and Cardiovascular Disease organised on 29th September - 02nd October 2011 in Tirol, Austria.

Preliminary programme encompasses:

• CVD morphology and clinical manifestations,
• animal models,
• VALT,
• epidemiology,
• endocrinology,
• innate and adaptive immunity,
• inflammatory mediators,
• ECM and SMC,
• biomarkers,
• infectious load,
• molecular imaging,
• CVD in rheumatic diseases,
• vaccination and anti-inflammatory therapy.

The school will be open for 50-70 PhD/MD students and PhD/postdoctoral fellows.
